Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How far in advance should I book my party?

A: We recommend submitting your booking request approximately 4 to 6 weeks in advance so you are able to secure your choice of character and date. We do our very best to accommodate every booking we can.

Q: Do you accept gratuity?

A: Yes, gratuity is always appreciated. It will go directly to your performer if you decide to tip.

Q: Is there a deposit required for my party booking?

A: Yes, we require a non–refundable booking fee of 50% due at the time of booking to secure your date for all party packages.

Q: Can I cancel or change my party?

A: We understand that sometimes things can come up unexpectedly. Due to this, we will happily make changes to your party at no additional charge, within reason.

PLEASE NOTE: No matter the cancellation reason the booking fee is non–refundable.

Q: What is your inclement weather policy?

A: We ask that your provide an indoor alternative for events when weather is poor or extreme. Our performers will not perform outside when there is extreme weather, including but not limited to; extreme heat, heavy winds, rain, snow, and ice.

*If weather ever prevents our performers from reaching your party safely, we will reschedule your event for our next available date. We will not put our performers or your guests in harms way.

Q: What is your travel policy?
A: We charge $0.55/mile for any events outside of the 20 mile radius of our base of operations (14225 zip code). We have traveled to the Rochester area and even into Canada.

Q: How do you collect payment?

A: We collect payment through Square. After sending you an invoice you are able to pay your deposit with your credit card information via the e-mailed invoice. The remainder will be due no later than 5 days prior to your event, which is also billed via invoice. Square is a highly trusted 3rd party app which allows you to maintain the privacy of your payment details. It is a much safer way for you to provide your payment versus providing credit card information over the phone. This protects both us and you.

Q: What Covid-19 precautions will you be putting in place?

A: All events and parties will operate as per the most up-to-date government regulations. As of February 10, 2022, the indoor business mask-or-vaccine requirement has been lifted. All of our performers and cast members are fully vaccinated, but can wear masks at private or public events upon request. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns.
